Are you ready for a fresh start? Transition times offer the opportunity for reflection and change to support your highest vision. Using yogic techniques, we will release old patterns and embrace and nurture our visions for the coming year. During our time together, we will open to:

  • Transform old ways of being that no longer serve.

  • Awaken new patterns through gentle yoga postures, breathing, mudras, affirmations, journaling and guided meditation.

  • Increase clarity and awareness as you nurture yourself.

The moodiness of the winter months can often be a difficult time. Specific techniques focused on supporting balance in body and mind can ease symptoms of depression and anxiety. Students will be lead through effective practices which support managing your mood and empowering your well being. Join us for this nurturing practice for your body, mind and emotions.

  • Pranayma, breathing practices to regulate emotions.

  • Gentle Yoga to balance and restore.

  • Sankapla, affirmations for nurturing the heart/mind.

  • Guided meditation to lift the mood and integrate.

  • Mantras, tones that manage emotions.

  • Mudra, hand gestures that balance different areas of the body/mind.
