Nurturing Yin and Yoga Nidra
Nurturing Yin and Yoga Nidra
Tuesdays 6:00-7:00pm
In-Studio or Online Class
The deep nurturing practice of Yin Yoga is a wonderful way to unblock the flow of vital energy throughout body and mind. It is practiced with longer holds, supported with props to strengthen and lengthen connective tissue, and to release deep chronic-held stress and tension. In addition, each class will include a deep restorative yoga nidra practice, guided withdrawal of senses from outer to the inner world into meditative consciousness. The practice inspires a relaxed awareness of the vitality and contentment within.
"The Yin and Yoga Nidra class has given me a better sense of inner peace after each session - a calm gentleness and grace that I try to keep with me throughout the week"
