The evening will include a deep nourishing guided meditation nidra practice which will dissolve stress and connect you back to the essence of “ Self.” Various healing sound instruments will gently guide you into the bliss of your own being, restoring the spirit into its natural state of joy.

Deb Jennings has studied and played music since age 5. She plays piano, organ, keyboards, Native American flutes, percussion instruments, crystal and Tibetan metal bowls, bells, gongs, tingshas, tuning forks and didgeridoo. Deb has studied Sound Healing with Jonathan Goldman and Buddhist monks in Tibet, China and India. She studied toning and chanting with several different teachers in several traditions Deb leads drum circles and Explore Sound Healing groups in the community.
Ruthann O’Brien Hadish, E-RYT, RPYT, RCYT, Creative Director Ames Yoga Center. Ruthann has a passion for yoga and teaching and offering experiential workshops for over 22 years. She is an Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher, Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and Registered Children's Yoga Teacher. Ruthann is a member of the Yoga Alliance, and the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Ruthann has trained in the energy healing modalities of Reiki and is a certified Matrix Energetics practitioner.

He contributes to many health publications and research in the area of Ayurveda. Dr. Rajesh travels and teaches while maintaining a thriving practice in Jaipur, India.
