In this transformational series, we will explore ancient methods of mudras, hand gestures that evoke communication with the divine energy within. Each mudra will be supported with a simple mantra, sound or vibration and a sankalpa or intention to facilitate healing. A nurturing yoga nidra, a deep-guided relaxation will integrate the lessons learned and leave you feeling nourished and content.

Enjoy a relaxing workshop designed to cultivate calm awareness, relieve stress and balance the energy system. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and notebook with you. Everyone is welcome. No previous experience needed.
