Winter Solstice - the longest night of the year has long been celebrated as a time of rest and reflection. It is considered to be nestled in "profound stillness" before the days begin to grow longer. A Yin practice is a perfect way to immerse yourself in the inward aspects of self. We will nurture ourselves through a gentle and restorative practice including self reflection and renewal.

Mindful Childbirth Prenatal Partner Workshop

This workshop is designed for both mom and birth partner to help prepare you for the birth of your child. Techniques you will learn:

• Breathing techniques for support during pregnancy and childbirth.

• Yoga asana to support the birthing process. 


• Visualization and deep relaxation to center and calm. 


• Practical tools for support during labor, stages of labor handout.
