Yoga and Mindfulness for Beginners

Join us for a new Yoga and Mindfulness for Beginners class. This series of classes is geared towards those students who are new to the practice of yoga and mindfulness. Time will be spent learning:

• The basics of yoga practice
• Gentle breath work
• Deep relaxation
• Mindfulness

Each posture presents an opportunity to explore and discover new things about yourself, without pushing beyond your natural limitations.
