Moving into Meditation

Moving into Meditation is a series of classes focusing on blending the tools of gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation practices which enriches the connection between body, mind and heart. Through a series of body, breath and awareness practices we will deepen our relationship with ourselves and awaken the wisdom within. This integrated approach is available and open to everyone.

The class is held on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm
