Learn how the Ayurvedic tradition uses Body typing evaluation, Meditation, Yoga, Massage, Herbs and Foods to support balance. The Science of Life philosophy is based on maintaining balance through life choices appropriate to the individual’s constitution. Learn the practical uses of Ayurveda which supports all of the body/mind systems.
Dr. Rajesh Kotecha is the chief physician and executive director of Chakrapani Ayurveda & Research Center in Jaipur, India. He graduated from Ayurvedic college in 1985 and received his doctorate in 1991 from Gujarat Ayurveda University, Jamnagar. He contributes to many health publications and research in the area of Ayurveda. Dr. Rajesh travels and teaches while maintaining a thriving practice in Jaipur, India.

New Yoga session begins April 4th
Choose from morning, noon, or evening yoga classes. The classes are open to everyone - beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners. Each session includes guided body awareness, breathing practices, yoga poses and meditation. Classes are held at the Ames Yoga Center 327 Main Street Suite 3.
