Meditation PracticeEveryone is invited to join our Meditation Practice on Wednesday evenings and practice "being" meditation. The first half of the class is meditation practice while the other half is interactive as we explore the path of meditation through
engaging discussions to support your practice.
The class is comfortable for those new to this practice and those who meditate regularly. Experience the benefits of a group weekly practice with a community focused on health and healing.
