Mindful Meditation II - Nurturing Your Practice
Thursdays 6-7pm

This course is open for those who have taken the Intro to Mindful Meditation class and desire to continue to deepen their mindfulness practice through empowering practices and group discussions. We will explore cultivating compassion for self and others, through the practices of Tonglen and Loving Kindness meditation. Inspirational readings will support the unfolding of clarity, compassion and ease in our continued commitment to our health and well being. We will build a support system through the community of mindfulness practitioners, a wonderful way to empower and inspire yourself and others.

The next session begins Thursday August 4th
