Meditation Series

The process of meditation releases layers of conditioning which keep us from experiencing our true Self. As layers are released, stress and separation are reduced and we awaken to being whole and complete. In this series of classes, we will explore cultivating conscious presence through various techniques in our practice. 

No previous experience required - everyone is welcome.
