Cultivating Conscious Awareness

We will be exploring the koshas, the five layers of our Self. The koshas can be used as a map that leads to a conscious connection of all the layers of yourself. Once we become conscious of the layers we begin to unlock their powers and gifts for transformation.
We will work with gentle asana, pranayama (breathing practices), self reflection exercises & meditation. Time will be spent sharing our journey on our path towards our true “Self”
