Intro to Yoga

Join us for a new Yoga for Beginners class. This series of classes is geared towards those students who are new to the practice of yoga. Time will be spent learning:

• The basics of yoga practice
• Gentle breath work
• Deep relaxation

Each posture presents an opportunity to explore and discover new things about yourself, without pushing beyond your natural limitations.
