A wonderful way to decompress. In this gentle, meditative class, students will focus on honoring the bodies wisdom in moving back into balance. Class includes mantra, mudra, breath work and mindfulness practice to cultivate balance and nourish peace within. Each week we will nurture a new aspect of self. Connect to your inherent wisdom, reclaim your natural state of being.

Please bring a yoga mat and a thick blanket.
